Protect your Microsoft Word Documents with Password

Simply choose the Ms Workplace Option existing on the top remaining area of the screen.
Now Simply choose the save As option
Now a new screen will pop up.
Click on tool at the end of the screen.
Now you will have two choices.
You can choose either one or both options
One is Security password To Start it will ask for the password whenever the papers is started out.

So to perspective the papers you have to get into the password first.
Second is Security password To Change it will ask for the password whenever somebody tries to change the papers.
